You must comply with your local laws and regulations.
We may restrict or suspend access at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, and 2FA codes.
You must keep your login credentials confidential.
We may lock or disable accounts for suspected abuse or policy violations.
HeliEx is a custodial exchange. Your on-site balances are tracked in an internal ledger.
Blockchain transactions occur only for deposits and withdrawals.
Digital assets are volatile. You may lose some or all of your funds.
Service availability is not guaranteed.
Deposits are credited after 6 confirmations.
Minimum deposit is 0.1 GRC or 0.1 CURE.
Withdrawals are subject to a 1% fee plus network fee, with a minimum fee of 0.01 GRC/CURE.
Withdrawals may be delayed if wallets are offline or during maintenance.
Withdrawals are limited to $1,000 CAD equivalent per transaction.
Suspicious transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Trading fee is 0.2% per filled trade.
Fees are credited to the site fee account.
We may reject self-trading or manipulative activity.
Faucet claims require hCaptcha verification.
Claim limit is one per 24 hours per account unless otherwise stated.
On-chain faucet donations must be at least 0.1 GRC or 0.1 CURE to count.
Abuse may result in account restrictions.
You must not attempt fraud, manipulation, or unauthorized access.
You must not abuse faucets, rate limits, or system resources.
You must not use automated scripts without permission.
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be locked.
We provide 30 to 90 days notice before profile deletion.
Profile data may be deleted after notice, but ledger records are retained for audit.
Security logs are retained for 180 days.
