HeliEx operates a custodial exchange and an accountless swap service for Gridcoin (GRC) and Curecoin (CURE). HeliEx deals only in GRC and CURE.
These Terms of Service apply to exchange accounts and to your use of this site. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Swaps made without an account are covered by the Swap Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
You must not use HeliEx where doing so is not allowed, or if you are subject to sanctions that apply to HeliEx.
We may restrict or suspend access at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, and 2FA codes.
You must keep your login credentials confidential.
We may lock or disable accounts for suspected abuse or policy violations.
HeliEx is a custodial exchange. Your on-site balances are tracked in an internal ledger.
Blockchain transactions happen for deposits, withdrawals, swap payouts and returns, and on-chain faucet or rain distributions.
Digital assets are volatile. You may lose some or all of your funds.
Service availability is not guaranteed.
Deposits are credited after 12 confirmations for GRC and 6 confirmations for CURE.
Minimum account deposit is 0.1 GRC or 0.1 CURE. Swap minimums and maximums are set out in the Swap Terms.
Withdrawals have a fixed service fee of 0.100 GRC or 0.100 CURE, plus an estimated network fee quoted separately. The service fee does not depend on the withdrawal amount. Existing service-fee exemptions remain unchanged.
Unused network-fee reserves are refunded after settlement. You are not charged more than the authorized total.
Withdrawals may be delayed if wallets are offline or during maintenance.
Withdrawals are limited to 25,000 GRC or 25,000 CURE per transaction. Larger amounts can be split into several withdrawals.
Swap limits are set out in the Swap Terms. We may change limits. The limits in force when you submit a withdrawal or accept a swap apply.
Suspicious transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
A trading fee of 0.2% of the GRC value of each fill is charged to the account selling CURE. It is deducted from the GRC that account receives, with a minimum of 0.00000001 GRC. Buyers pay no trading fee.
Fees are credited to the site fee account.
Orders on the HeliEx order book may include orders placed by HeliEx or its operator.
We may reject self-trading or manipulative activity.
Faucet claims may require Cloudflare Turnstile verification.
Claim limit is one per 24 hours per account unless otherwise stated.
Faucet and rain rewards are limited to five accounts per IP network. Rain requires a login within the last 48 hours.
On-chain faucet donations must be at least 0.1 GRC or 0.1 CURE to count.
Abuse may result in account restrictions.
You must not attempt fraud, manipulation, or unauthorized access.
You must not abuse faucets, rate limits, or system resources.
Automated access is allowed only through the official API, using your own API keys and within its limits. Other automated access, such as automated sign-ups or faucet and rain automation, is not allowed.
Accounts inactive for 12 months are locked, and we send an email notice.
60 days after the notice, the profile is anonymized: the email address is removed, sign-in is disabled and account deposit addresses are deleted. Contact support during the notice period if you have questions about the account or its balance.
Ledger and transaction records are kept for audit. Anonymization does not remove coin balances from the ledger.
Accounts with password sign-in whose email address is not verified within 7 days are deleted. If such an account has received coins or has other transaction records, it is anonymized as described above instead, and its records and balance are kept.
Security logs are retained for 180 days.
The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we keep and for how long.
Use the Support page to open a ticket. For a swap, enter your swap reference (HX-XXXX-XXXX-XX).
We reply by email to the address you give. Your email replies are added to the same ticket.
Never send passwords, 2FA codes, API secrets or swap recovery links. HeliEx staff will never ask for them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by market volatility, outages, or third-party failures.
To the extent the law allows, HeliEx's total liability for account services is limited to the fees you paid to HeliEx in the 12 months before the claim. Liability for a swap is limited as set out in the Swap Terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Use HeliEx at your own risk.
Empty periods have no trades. Line mode connects recorded closing prices.
